Description
ATG (Automatic Tank Gauging) is an automatic system used to monitor fuel tanks at fuel stations. It provides accurate and real-time fuel quantity information. In a station with four tanks, as example: one probe is installed in each tank. Each probe measures fuel level and temperature. It also detects water presence inside the tank. All data is sent to a central controller in the station. Information can be viewed on a screen or computer. The system helps detect leakage or abnormal fuel loss early. It reduces human measurement errors. And improves fuel inventory management.
